MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION

The International Journal of Pure Medical Frontiers (IJPMF) encourages authors to prepare manuscripts in a clear, professional, and scientifically structured format that reflects academic excellence and research integrity. Proper manuscript preparation ensures consistency in publication standards and facilitates an efficient peer-review and editorial process.

Authors are requested to submit original, well-organized, and plagiarism-free manuscripts written in clear academic English. The manuscript should present accurate scientific information, logical interpretation, and properly cited references in accordance with international scholarly publishing standards.

General Formatting Requirements

Authors should prepare manuscripts according to the following formatting guidelines:

  • Manuscripts must be submitted in MS Word (.doc / .docx) format
  • Recommended font style: Times New Roman
  • Font size: 12 pt
  • Line spacing: Double-spaced
  • Text alignment: Justified
  • Standard page margins: 1 inch on all sides
  • All pages should be numbered consecutively

The manuscript should be carefully checked for grammatical accuracy, formatting consistency, and scientific clarity before submission.

Title Page Requirements

The title page should contain:

  • Full title of the manuscript
  • Name(s) of author(s)
  • Institutional affiliation(s)
  • Corresponding author’s name and email address
  • Contact details of the corresponding author (if applicable)

The title should be concise, informative, and relevant to the research study.

Abstract & Keywords

The abstract should provide a brief and comprehensive summary of the research work, including objectives, methodology, major findings, and conclusion. The abstract should generally not exceed 250 words.

Authors should include 4–6 relevant keywords that accurately represent the subject area and improve indexing visibility.

Organization of Manuscript

The manuscript should be arranged in the following academic sequence:

  • Title Page
  • Abstract & Keywords
  • Introduction
  • Materials and Methods
  • Results
  • Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • Acknowledgement (if applicable)
  • References

Each section should be clearly defined and scientifically structured to maintain readability and academic quality.

Language Quality & Technical Accuracy

Authors are responsible for ensuring that the manuscript is free from grammatical errors, typographical mistakes, and technical inaccuracies. Manuscripts with poor language quality or improper formatting may be returned for correction before the peer-review process.

Ethical & Publication Standards

All submitted manuscripts must comply with ethical research and publication practices. Any form of plagiarism, data manipulation, duplicate submission, or unethical research conduct is strictly prohibited. Manuscripts found violating ethical standards may be rejected without review.
